Returns

We want our valued customers to be 100% satisfied with their Wicked Catch purchase. If it turns out what you ordered from www.wickedcatchgear.com isn’t quite right, simply send it back within 60 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. If you ordered from a retailer please process your return/exchange with them.

Step 1

We accept returns made within 60 days of purchase. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before washing. We only accept returns if item(s) arrives in "as-sold" condition: Items returned in such unmerchantable condition will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option. Item(s) must be:

  • Unwashed
  • Unworn
  • Free of any odors
  • Free of any stains and damage
  • In original new condition

Step 2

Include the following information on a note or you can simply use your packing slip/invoice:

  • Order Number
  • Purchaser's full name, phone number, shipping address and primary email address
  • A list of item(s) and why you are returning them (wrong size, wrong product, didn't like color, etc.)
  • List if you are requesting an exchange or a refund
  • If an exchange is requested, list the item(s) of equal value you would like to replace the returned item with. Please include product name, color option and size if applicable.

Step 3

Take the note (or packing slip/invoice) and item(s) you are returning and place them in a shipping package similar to what your item(s) arrived in. If your order arrived in an EcoEnclose polymailer you can reuse it as it has a resealable strip used for returns. Or if you're returning a hat you can reuse the kraft box your hat arrived in (*hat returns MUST be shipped in a box).

Step 4

Customer will pay for return shipping and we will ship any exchanged item(s) free of charge (international orders are not eligible for free exchanges). All returned item(s) must be shipped using a service that tracks packages such as USPS (recommended), FedEx or UPS. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments. *Items that were previously exchanged can be returned, but not exchanged a second time unless customer wishes to pay for return postage.

Step 5

Once we receive sender's return our team will verify its contents and inspect the item(s) to ensure it meets our return requirements. If sender requested an exchange we will ship out the new item(s) via ground shipping and will email sender tracking details.

If a refund is requested, customer's method of payment will be credited the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping fees incurred are not refundable and will be deducted from any orders that received free shipping.
