We want our valued customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase with us. If it turns out what you purchased from www.wickedcatchgear.com isn’t quite right, simply send it back within 60 days of purchase for an easy exchange or refund. If you ordered from a retailer please process your return/exchange with them.
Wicked Catch accepts returns and exchanges made within 60 days of purchase. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your item before washing. We only accept returns and exchanges if item is unworn and is in "as-sold" condition: Items returned in such unmerchantable condition will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.
- Item(s) are unwashed
- Item(s) are unworn
- Item(s) are free of any odors
- Item(s) are in original condition and packaging
If your item(s) comply with step 1 then the next step is to include the following information (You can simply return the packing slip and make a note that all info on there is the same):
- Order Number
- Purchaser's full name, phone number, shipping address and primary email address
- A list of item(s) and why you are returning them (wrong size, wrong product, didn't like color, etc.)
- List if you are requesting an exchange or a refund
- If an exchange is requested, list the item(s) of equal value you would like to replace the returned item with. Please refer to our website for item name, color and size and then list the item’s full product name, color and size of your choosing
- Note or letter (this can be the packing slip) MUST be included for exchange or refunded to be honored
Once step 2 has been completed, take that note, letter or packing slip and item(s) you are returning and place them in a shipping package similar to the package your item was shipped to you in (you may wish to ask your shipping carrier if you are able to reuse the package that you received your original item in). To help keep the returned item(s) safe in transit please neatly fold and place shirts in a puncture proof poly plastic shipping envelope/bag and return all hats in a box.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping but we will ship any exchanged item(s) to you free of charge (international orders are not eligible for free returns). All returned item(s) must be shipped using a service that tracks packages such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.

Once we receive your package our team will verify its contents and inspect the item(s) to ensure it is in as-sold-condition. If you requested an exchange we will ship out the new item via ground shipping upon processing of the returned item(s) and verify content complies with our returns and exchanges policy.
If a refund is requested your credit or debit card account will be credited the purchase price of the returned item(s) upon processing and verification that content complies with our returns and exchanges policy. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
