Wicked Catch may allow you to use your Facebook account information to provide us information requested when you participate in features on our Online Channels. If you chose to provide us information through your Facebook account, Wicked Catch could collect some, and possibly all, of the data indicated on the Request for Permission screen which could include: your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user ID, list of friends, birthday, likes, education history, work history, current city, hometown, interests, relationship status, and any other information you have shared with everyone. Please keep in mind that Facebook may change the types of information that may be accessed when you use this process to provide us information, so you should carefully review the Request for Permission from Facebook prior to using this method of providing information to any of our Online Channels. What Happens On Pages That Wicked Catch Has On Social Media Sites?
Personal information may be collected through Wicked Catch Social Media Pages directly by Wicked Catch and the social media site hosting the page.
The social media sites where Wicked Catch has it Social Media Pages may provide aggregate information and analysis to Wicked Catch about visitors’ use of our Social Media Pages, but this does not occur on the Wicked Catch Shop portion of our Social Media Page on Facebook. This allows us to better understand and analyze our user growth, general demographic information about the users of our social media pages and interaction with content on our Social Media Pages. Wicked Catch does not makes names and postal addresses in its direct mailing list available to other companies.
When you send an E-mail a Friend from a Wicked Catch Online Channel, we will send your selected recipient your e-mail address, message, and your selected outfit or item(s). We may include an opportunity for the recipient to sign up to receive promotional materials from Wicked Catch.
We may occasionally participate in sweepstakes or contests with other companies where we will share information collected for the sweepstakes or contest. In other instances we may join with another company and provide a link to a website hosted by the other company. Wicked Catch Mobile Application Collection of Location Information: You may elect not to allow location information to be collected when it is requested through the Mobile Application or you can choose to not allow by turning off location services on your mobile device. If you choose “Don’t Allow” on a Mobile Application, you can then select any of the top metro areas noted and the Mobile Application will then only provide information relevant to that specific metro area and not collect your specific location.
Wicked Catch Email: If you no longer want to receive email from Wicked Catch, you can follow the removal instructions located at the bottom of the next e-mail you receive from Wicked Catch. Please be aware, even if you elect not to receive e-mail, or subsequently ask to be removed from receiving email from Wicked Catch, you may still receive e-mails sent by a friend using E-mail a Friend and e-mail confirmations for online purchases, whether made at a Wicked Catch Website, through our Wicked Catch Shop located on the Wicked Catch page on Facebook, or through an Wicked Catch Mobile Application.
